launch a network of Charter Clubs at select private jet locations that offer members an

unparalleled package of private jet services. The Charter Clubs will provide access to XJet’s

exclusive land-based facilities and top drawer services, special charter options on member

aircraft, and special block time charter options. The Charter Club will also enable its members to

leverage OneSky’s network of rigorously vetted charter options, proprietary air charter systems,

The first Charter Club will open this

autumn at Centennial Airport in Denver,

Colo., offering an unmatched worldclass

second one will open at Gerald R. Ford
